Label: Oops! I did it again!
Yes, I did it again. Now I have to confess. I wanted so badly to complete one of the new arrivals that I assembled it incorrectly. Then I took a picture. Then I uploaded it on the blog. Now the mistake is there for all to see. So much for enthusiasm. However, I did detect the error later and applied the correct parts. My challenge to the blog reading public is: can you spot the incorrect part(s) in the picture? If so, please list your results in the comment section of the blog. Now, a little more about the wood sheathed boxcar project. The organization that I used to produce these boxcars absolutely nailed the dimensions that I needed and now I can put together the superstructure of the boxcar quickly and accurately. Which leads us to the above boo-boo (I was going to say faux pau but I don't know how to spell it correctly :). ). What I am now doing is developing methods to do the same for the truck assembly. The trucks have around thirty-two parts some of which are 1/64th inch wide. Once we can streamline this we will be in tall cotton (a regional colloquial reference :) ). once again, an optimistic omscaler
